  • The refunded amount will be given to the customer within 30 days from the date from which the customer opted for the refund process.
  • If our team able the resolve partial issue then the user will be refunded back fair amount. It should be noted that in this type of situation, the entire amount will not be refunded as we are able to resolve partial problem or issue of the user regarding Norton.
